"Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our time last week at Sunrise. The improvements made to the cabin are much appreciated – it is definitely my kind of hotel. Our group has been coming to GAH virtually every year since 1992 and we hope to continue this tradition for many years to come" Jane Ebbern Feb 21, 2011

Meadow lodge is one of the highest alpine lodges in Canada, located adjacent to a small lake near the headwaters of the Carrol Creek drainage. The lodge is tucked along the northern flanks of Cupola Peak (2632m), the highest peak in the Esplanades.
With the imposing flank of Cupola towering above; Meadow lodge has the most dramatic back drop of all the lodges in the Esplanades. Summer hiking or strolling is magical in this part of the range. Only steps away from tree line, the lake filled basin surrounding the lodge has extensive and beautiful rolling heather meadows. Visit the intensely colored Electric and Nuclear Blue Lakes. Gaze in awe at the "King of the Selkirks", Mt. Sir Sandford which at 11,545 ft or 3519 meters elevation is the highest mountain in the entire Selkirk Range.
