This journey takes you through the entire Esplanade Mountain Range. Your seven day adventure starts at the new Sunrise Lodge with stops at  recently refurbished Meadow and finishing off at brand spanking new Vista Lodge.  Along the way you will encounter some of the greatest alpine touring ski terrain on the planet with amazing views of the biggest mountains in Canada. With 148 ski runs along the way and 60,000 acres to explore, you will never run out of first tracks.

All lodges have had substantial renovations since we first began offering the Grande Traverse in the spring of 2008.

2010 Grande Esplanade Traverse will spend two nights at Sunrise Lodge, two nights at Meadow Lodge and three nights at Vista Lodge. Three nights at Vista will enable access to the Sentry Mountain Lodge Terrain. Meadow Lodge is where Powder Magazine and Matchstick Productions filmed many segments of their new movie for two weeks in January 2010.
