Your alpine touring terrain is the entire Esplanade Range. The non-glaciated Esplanades are a sub-range of the famous Selkirk Mountain Range extending for 320 kilometers from SE British Columbia  to Idaho and Oregon in the United States. The highest mountain in the Selkirk's is Mt. Sir Sandford (3420m). The highest mountain in the Esplanade Range is Cupola Peak. (2640m).

Google Earth allows you to explore our amazing ski terrain. Visit all 148 ski runs in high resolution and 3-D imagery. Customize your Google settings to virtually fly over the Esplanades, just like a helicopter.

Please note that you must first have Google Earth installed and running on your computer. The following steps will have you virtually skiing and hiking our terrain: 

  1. Click the summer/winter map icon and press Open when prompted.
  2. Under Places - open the Layer folder
  3. Scroll down to uncheck the Tenure Boundary - and have fun!!
