Your alpine hiking terrain is the entire Esplanade Range. The non-glaciated Esplanades are a sub-range of the famous Selkirk Mountain Range. The Selkirk's extend for 320 kilometers from SE British Columbia to Idaho and Oregon in the United States. The highest mountain in the Selkirk's is Mt. Sir Sandford (3520 m). The highest mountain in the Esplanade Range is Cupola Peak. (2640 m).
