Back Country Nordic Programs

GAH has been open for early Fall Nordic skiing in October for the past two years now. Starting in 2007 the Canadian National Cross Country team test drove the idea. Then in October 2008 the Secret Valley Trails were opened once more. In October 2009 we'll be back with the third season of offering high quality "On SNOW" training for athletes and masters groups that want to elevate their fitness

Spring Snow Camps 2009

| Come and Nordic Ski in the amazing Esplanade Range this Spring. Enjoy a perfect training altitude between 1900-2200 meters above sea level. The trails begin right at Sentry Mountain Lodge where you can enjoy all the amenities of home including internet services. |

Dependable Early Season Snow

A group of athletes from Canmore came up to the Secret Valley Altitude Training Centre in October last fall for a week of Early season Training. Here they got to enjoy unrivaled early season snow conditions. 10 athletes are from the Alberta World Cup Academy

Grande Traverse and Specials

Traverse the length of the noble Esplanade Range in the northern Selkirks Mountains. The Grande Traverse is an 7 day epic alpine ski touring adventure. Only a lucky few skiers each week get to explore this world class ski terrain. There are still some Sweet Deals for powder hungry skiers still left this winter.
